Nachdem Resident Evil 4 sich bereits auf dem GameCube und der PS2 sehr gut verkaufen konnte, folgt nun die Meldung, dass auch die Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition weltweit bereits über 1 Mio. mal ausgeliefert wurde. Das Spiel kam in Japan am 31. Mai, in den USA am 19. Juni und in Europa am 29. Juni 2007 auf den Markt.
