Rainbow Six: Siege ist nun schon seit mehr als zwei Wochen für Xbox One, PlayStation 4 und PC erhältlich. Heute erreichte uns der erste große Patch zum Spiel. Neben einigen Fixes und Balancing Updates, werden damit auch einige Verbesserungen für die PC-Version einfließen.
Vor allem für User, die mit einer 4K Auflösung spielen, ist das Paket mit ultra-auflösenden Texturen interessant. Aber auch bei Spielern, die von 1080p auf 1440p wechseln und eine 4GB Karte ihr Eigen nennen, soll man Verbesserungen erkennen können. Die Patch-Notes seht ihr hier.

Ranked Matchmaking Improvements

The penalty for abandoning a ranked game in progress has been temporarily reduced to 8 minutes.
Skill rank icon is now displayed on the game’s main screen, next to your level.

Balancing
PvP – Reduced time to detect Defenders outside from 5 seconds to 2 seconds.
