Morgen erscheint inFamous: Second Son offiziell im Handel und gleichzeitig wird auch ein Day One Patch von Sucker Punch veröffentlicht. Dieser wird nicht nur einige Verbesserungen mit sich bringen, sondern auch den Umfang des Spiels nochmals um 19 neue Missionen erweitern, deren Spielzeit mit rund 5 Stunden angegeben wird.
Zu den Verbesserungen zählen Grafik- und Performance Verbesserungen, einige Bugs wurden behoben, es werden mehr Passanten hinzugefügt um die Straßen lebendiger wirken zu lassen, die Schwierigkeit des Spiels wurde angepasst, und vieles mehr.
