Electronic Arts hat heute offiziell Medal of Honor Heroes 2 für Wii und PSP angekündigt. Der Vorgänger erschien Ende 2006 ausschließlich für die PSP.
Auch diesmal findet das Spiel im 2. Weltkrieg statt und bietet neben völlig neuen Missionen wieder einen Online-Modus für bis zu 32 Spieler. Die Wii-Version unterstützt zudem den auf der E3 enthüllten Wii Zapper.
Zusätzlich dazu bekommt die Wii-Version noch einen vereinfachten Shooter-Modus spendiert, in welchem man sich in Rail-Shooter Manier fortbewegt und sich voll und ganz auf das Schießen konzentrieren kann.
Erscheinen soll Medal of Honor Heroes 2 für beide Systeme zu Weihnachten.
