NIS America gab nun bekannt, dass man Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness auch in den USA und in Europa veröffentlichen wird. Das Spiel erscheint dabei in Europa am 27. September, der US Release erfolgt am 8. Oktober.
Bei Disgaea D2 handelt es sich um einen direkten Nachfolger zum original Disgaea, in welchem auch die Charaktere aus diesem wieder die Hauptrolle spielen.

The Netherworld – a place where might makes right and today’s friends are tomorrow’s enemies. After a long journey with many ups and downs, Laharl finally finds himself as a full-fledged Overlord. However, the other denizens of the Netherworld do not see him as such, so he sets out on a journey with his loyal(!?) vassals to receive the respect he deserves.
