Von Deus Ex: Human Revolution sind in Nordamerika, Europa und anderen Gebieten zwei Millionen Exemplare ausgeliefert worden. Auch wenn es 'nur' ausgelieferte und nicht verkaufte Exemplare sind, hält sich der Titel seit Launch an der Spitze der Charts, vor allem in Großbritannien. Auch sei er mit weitem Vorsprung der am besten verkaufte Titel in den USA während des Monats August gewesen.
Im kommenden Monat wird der Missing Link DLC erscheinen. Auch hat Square Enix bereits bekannt gegeben, dass sie Eidos Montreal, die das Spiel entwickelt haben, nun mehr Leute zur Verfügung stellen, damit diese ein Sequel entwickeln können.
