Electronic Arts gibt bekannt, dass man derzeit an Command & Conquer: Alarmstufe Rot 3 arbeitet. Das Spiel wird neben dem PC auch für PS3 und Xbox 360 erscheinen.
In Alarmstufe Rot 3 reist die Sowejetunion zurück in die Vergangenheit, um Russland wieder aufleben zu lassen. Bei der Zeitreise geht jedoch etwas schief, was eine alternative Zeitachse erzeugt, in welcher die Technologie eine völlig andere Evolution erfährt, eine neue Supermacht auf der Erde kämpft und der dritte Weltkrieg in vollem Gange ist.
Natürlich dürfen auch neue Einheiten nicht fehlen. So gibt es nun Testla-Boote, bewaffnete Bären, schwebende Inselfestungen, sich transformierende Panzer uvm.
