Vor zwei Tagen berichteten wir euch von einem Statement, welches Spore-Entwickler Chris Hecker während einer Sitzung abgegeben hat. Demnach wäre die Wii-Konsole "ein Stück Schei*e", nur "zwei zusammengeklebte GameCubes" und "nicht leistungsfähig genug".
Für dieses Statement entschuldigte er sich nun:

I want to make two things perfectly clear.
I do not think the Wii is a piece of shit. Nintendo needs to be applauded for trying to interface on the controller front, the user interface front, on making games accessible, on making a console that you don't need to mortgage your house to afford.
Secondly, it's totally obviousand I'm sorry that I implied otherwisethat everyone at Nintendo is passionate at making great games. Some of the games give me hope that we will be seen as an art form on par with movies and books.[/quote]
