Nachdem Electronic Arts den Vetrieb für Burnout 3 übernahm, war schon anzunehmen, dass da etwas im Busch war. Nun hat EA den Kauf von Criterion bestätigt. Sie haben also die Rechte von Burnout und Black, sowie der RenderWare Technology erworben.
