Das PlayStation 4 exklusive Horrorspiel Until Dawn wurde am 25. August veröffentlicht. Einige der Vorbesteller haben jetzt jedoch das Pech, dass sich das Spiel aufgrund eines schwerwiegenden Fehlers nicht spielen lässt. Mehreren Berichten aus dem PlayStation Forum zufolge, können viele Spieler Until Dawn nicht starten, weil sie beim Einloggen die Fehlermeldung "128 Days Until Available" angezeigt bekommen.
Sony hat eine Übergangslösung angeboten, die jedoch für viele Spieler nicht funktioniert hat. Einer der Moderatoren aus dem PlayStation Forum schlug vor, den Fehler wie folgt zu beheben:
Navigate to the item on the PlayStation Store
Purchase the free version of Until Dawn (or if you have that already, another free game/item such as Singstar)
Download the file to your system (if the file is already downloaded and installed, please skip this step and move to step 4)
Use the Restore Licenses option by navigating to Settings >> PlayStation(TM)Network/Account Management >> Restore Licenses
Attempt to boot the game. If the game still does not boot at this point, delete the file, re-download and repeat step 4.
Purchase the free version of Until Dawn (or if you have that already, another free game/item such as Singstar)
Download the file to your system (if the file is already downloaded and installed, please skip this step and move to step 4)
Use the Restore Licenses option by navigating to Settings >> PlayStation(TM)Network/Account Management >> Restore Licenses
Attempt to boot the game. If the game still does not boot at this point, delete the file, re-download and repeat step 4.
Daraufhin meinte ein User aus dem Forum:
"this doesn't work. When you attempt to download the Free version it gives an error message stating that Until Dawn is already installed on the system."
Sony äußerte sich in einer Pressemeldung daraufhin mit der Aussage, dass sie an einer Lösung für das Problem arbeiten.
