Majesco hat heute angekündigt, dass man das PC-Spiel Wild Earth: African Safari für Wii umsetzen wird. Der Spieler übernimmt darin die Kontrolle über einen Journalisten, der im Serengeti Nationalpark mehr als 30 Tierarten fotografieren muss.
Zudem gibt es zwei neue, Wii-exklusive Features. Dabei handelt es sich um einen Co-op Modus für bis zu vier Spieler, in welchem man mit seinen Freunden auf Fotosafari gehen kann, sowie einem Minispiel, in welchem die Spieler in die Rolle der Tiere schlüpfen und mittels Wii-Remote verschiedene Aktionen ausführen können.
Wann das Spiel erscheinen soll, ist bislang nicht bekannt.

But be warned; get too close to the animals or disrupt the natural landscape and the Impact Meter will rumble your Wii Remote, making it harder to snap a steady picture.
Two new features exclusive to the Wii version include a cooperative multiplayer mode that allows up to three friends to either drive or take pictures, and a Safari Mini-Game mode where gamers can play from the animals perspective using intuitive gestures via the Wii Remote.
