ELSPA hat heute einige Daten zu den Softwareverkaufszahlen im United Kingdom veröffentlicht. Die PlayStation Portable und der Nintendo DS hatten ein starkes Jahr sind nun wohl endgültig auf dem Markt angekommen, sie liegen mit den Verkaufszahlen nur knapp hinter den PlayStation 2 Titeln. Die Verkaufszahlen der PC Spiele haben sich im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um 7 Prozent gesteigert und sind insgesamt so hoch wie noch nie ausgefallen.
